Sweet Suites....
So, I'm a swim suit whore and anyone that knows me could tell you that, I think I have ummmm 40+ and I bought 3 this week..... LOVE THEM !
the three pictured here will be my fav's for this summer !
The downside, that was about $200.00 haha and about a week's paycheck.

Well this morning I have a multitude of things on my mind.....
I went to bed last night thinking of what I was taking on vacation and woke up still thinking, and of even more things ! I'm not sure if I actually slept, or worked all night.

Packing for Vacation, can't wait- lots of decisions for outfits

Fireproof, it's a fantastic movie. Bad acting, but a great story. You should watch it.
It made me cry, but now a days everything does. Haha.
There was a great song at the end, kind of Pop, Kind of Christian, I loved it :)
Wanting to take a trip to Vermont. I want to wander the Stowe and the small shops :)
And a New Vera Bag ! I absolutely LOVE the new (well newer) Bali Gold pattern.
It's absolutely darling. I can't decide whether I want the weekender or the small duffel?????
Also the weather, I'm hoping it stays brillant and sunny down South for the next few weeks, it would make vacation A LOT BETTER :)

Oh and by the way, have any of you heard of 'M' Cafe in LA. Well it's fabulous, MadeByGirl inspired me to write about this super cute, trendy cafe. I was there a few years ago and loved! it ! I stumbled on her post about it last night and it reminded me how great this little place was.........

New Moon.......
Currently Reading...........
In light of my new Twilight Obsession.
I have started reading the 2nd book in the saga.
New Moon.
I started last night during my falling asleep period.
I managed to get through the first chapter, but couldn't keep my eyes open.
It ended on a total cliff hanger and I hate that !!!!!
It's absolutely captivating.
Edward is still a stud- or at least from what I can invision while reading.
He's still undyingly devoted to Bella <3
Which is incredible !!!!!
I absolutely love them.
Her relationship makes me want a Vampire BF !
Prince Charming said, and I quote "I can't compete with his sexy vampire ass"
I'm totally in love with Edward !
I can't wait to read again tonight. Hopefully more than a chapter.

Heavenly....
Frozen Chocolate Cookie Cake
Recipe adapted from Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade Desserts.
Ingredients
Ganache and Filling:
- 1/2 gallon cookies and cream ice cream, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate morsels
Cake:
- Butter, for pans
- Flour, for pans
- 1 (18.25-ounce) box devil's food cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
Directions
Line 1 (9-inch) cake pan with plastic wrap, with 3 inches overhanging. Spread softened ice cream into lined pan in a smooth, even layer. Freeze for 3 hours, or until frozen solid.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Butter and flour 2 (10-inch) round cake pans and set aside. In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes, or until well blended. Using a spatula, divide batter between the 2 prepared cake pans. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cakes cool in pans on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of each pan to loosen cakes and remove from pans.
While cakes are cooling, heat heavy cream in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat until bubbling around the edges. Remove pan from heat, add chocolate morsels, and stir with a whisk until smooth. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, until cool and slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Spread ganache on top of and around sides of both cake layers, keeping layers separate and not fitting together yet. Refrigerate entire cake for 1 hour, or until ganache is set.
Place 1 cake layer, ganache side up, on a serving platter. Remove ice cream from pan, peel off plastic wrap, and place on top of cake layer. Place second cake layer on top of ice cream, ganache side up. Freeze until ready to serve, but let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before seving.

Soooooo...
The oh so exciting day came upon us......
Saturday April 18th 2009.

We were more than excited to start our day when we woke up Saturday morning after a long Friday night- different definitions of (long) to each of the four of us hehe.
Parties and Boys and Fun Fun :)
Yet the upside it was Saturday afternoon and we were ready to start our Adventure !!!!

I documented EVERY move ! Down to the gas stations we stopped at.
(Not Kidding, I have three pictures)
Yet aside from the 86 photos/videos I took yesterday I will only make you suffer through few.
Just so you get the feeling of our tremendous day !!!!!

And we just happened to be going by my home town so we stopped in to my place of employment for lunch.

Bethoven and Bach stopped blaring and AAR appeared on stage to bright Neon flames and red white and blue strobe lights !!!!!

So I'm hoping that somewhere someday I can find the version of Another Heart Calls with Tyson and Kristen :)

Never..... say Never.
Well so Sydmiester has been trying to get me to watch Twilight for weeks now, and the whole damsal and vampire shit just wasn't intriguing me at all.
I mean EVERYONE has been raving over this and I'm not one to be jumping on a lot of bandwagons....hahaha who am I kidding- I LOVE BANDWAGONS !
Hehe.
Anyway so for weeks now I have not wanted to watch this movie, like literally NO INTEREST.
I thought Edward was geeky and strange.
SO last night sitting in the ever popular A and D, where we tend to spend most our nights lately.
We were wasting time, time of which I could have been enjoying my sleep.
I was watching my new addiction, vh1 Tough Love.
I love that show.
Anyway so I was getting bored and blogging of course about my new aformentioned obsession.
When Syd said that we should watch Twilight.
No.
No thanks.
Well then we should watch a really like deep love passionate movie, like really, she said.
Now, the movie-totally.
The love, O-M-G yew.
But now Twilight. No way.
After about 10 minutes of small talk argument.....
Syd just started it on YouTube.
Much to my dismay, I began watching it.
Oh no ! I was actually watching it, I was being sucked into the vortex of Teeny Bopper World.
I was watching Twilight.
Mind you each second I even peered away from the screen, Syd snapped at me.

HAhaha- she's crazy.
Well Whew....Actually we should take a break now, I'm tired.
Just kidding.
Anyway, background.
It is now 12:27 adn we had just begun watching this movie.
Again, I could have been sleeping !
Mind you I needed sleep because the following day, or actually the current day because of the time was Dolphy Day.
Which is a day of complete mischief, an entire college campus closes,
I mean SHUTS DOWN TOTALLY.
To drink.
Not juicy pink lemonade.
Yes Beer and Vodka Mixes.
Haha and because Prince Charming attends this lovely academic institution of higher learning and because last year I couldn't attend.
I was going damn it !
Bet Your Cute Little Tooshie !
I would be there.
Well so again it was 12:27.
And yes we were just beginning Twilight.
Wow.
Can I just say.
Wow.
Never say Never.
It was within the first 12 minutes and complete supervision of Sydmiester that I was completely
hooked. Not just enticed. I mean hooked.
I had fallen in love with Edward Cullen and his sexy stare and bold jaw structure.
Ahhhhh.
He's sexy as hell !
Don't we agree???
I mean WOW.
I think the fact that he's a Vampire just turned me on more.
Not a lie !
Wow.
So the movie continued and I really don't want to give away any key plot lines or cute parts to anyone that has not seen it......

Don't believe in airbrushing....
You Better Start !
If these aren't some wacked transformations then I need to keep looking.
And for everyone out there that thinks Jessica Alba and Faith Hill are Flawless, Breathe..... and think again.
(Catch my joke .....breathe, her album haha.)
Anyway.
Here's Faith on the Cover of Redbook, looks beautiful.
Faith is in her mid-forties constantly in the limelight, has a hot ass husband and three daughters, but don't worry those silly things don't age her at all, cause she's famous. She's perfect.

Now what do you think........They altered her.....
No under the eye bags
No wrinkly skin
All of a Sudden she has a Beautiful Glow
Her teeth are whiter
Hair is More Perfect
Eyes more defined
Ohhhhh the list could continue forever.......
Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against her. I think Faith is absolutely breathtaking.She's been in Maxim's hottest 100 women countless times.
She's beautiful.
But the airbrushing, the alterations, the obvious changes made to her body and face.
Plain as Day !
Poor Woman, they change everything but her name !
I understand the touchups, and maybe if she asks for the bags under eyes to be removed, but really do we have to make her look 20 years younger than she actually is????
Is that the point?
That's not honest, that makes every magazine article where the celebrities show them true selves, FALSE.
They spend time telling the world who they are, from their perspective for once.
Yet again, they have to be twisted, constantly criticized.
Changed.
I love photoshop, but come on, can we use it for good things....other than making every person look completely ideal.
Or not themselves !
Jessica Alba.This one kills me !
Look at her waist !
The woman just gave birth recently for god sakes !
